1. Location ~The bungalow is located in the Campo International district, between Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. This quiet neighbourhood consists mainly of bungalow and apartment complexes with beautifully landscaped gardens. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets and a steadily growing number of restaurants, bars and leisure clubs, as well as an 18-hole golf course “Campo de Golf” with a restaurant open to the public. A German hairdresser, a dentist and a gym are located in a small community centre. Entertainment for young and old is provided by the newly opened “Ocean Park” water park and the Holiday World leisure centre, with a wide range of entertainment and dining options. The bungalow is located in a cul-de-sac in a complex with only 11 bungalows. The complex is not intended for tourist rental, as the bungalows are used permanently or temporarily by the owners themselves. The entrance and private garage are on the street side. The bungalow is barrier-free. The spacious terrace is located away from the street and has a further entrance via which you can reach the neighbouring swimming pool. The bungalow, including the plot, is not visible and guarantees privacy in a quiet atmosphere where rest and relaxation are guaranteed.~~2. Equipment ~The previous owner attached great importance to a high level of security. Accordingly, four electrically operated, particularly robust roller shutters were installed for security. In addition, the bungalow is protected by cameras and door sensors from Securitas Direct. Three large awnings provide a shady outdoor area. The coverings are as good as new and have been refurbished with a hard-wearing fabric. There is a hot tub on the terrace, which was built by a local supplier in 2023. It offers space for three people, has a variety of massage jets and a Bluetooth audio system. The shower on the terrace has its own hot water supply. When the bungalow was taken over in 2021, the electrical system was brought up to date to provide a “boletín electrónico”. An additional kitchen was installed in the closed patio area. Two new, large fridge-freezers provide ample storage space. The air conditioning (hot/cold) was serviced in 2023 and refilled with new coolant. Each of the two bedrooms has its own shower room with toilet. The spacious living room is centrally located with access to all rooms and the terrace. The floor coverings in the bungalow, on the terrace, in the garage and the entrance to the house are tiled, and there is a separate satellite system for television reception. TV streaming services can also be used via an internet connection. The internet connection is realised via fibre optics and therefore offers sufficient capacity.~~3. Communal area ~The residents of the bungalow complex have access to a swimming pool for communal use. This area was extensively renovated and redesigned in 2023. The depth of the pool was reduced to 1.35 metres. The pool coating was renewed and the pool was then given a new coat of paint. The outdoor area was redesigned and the fence was given a new privacy screen. The costs for this were covered from the community’s existing assets.
