This involves the sale of a one-person limited company, whose sole property is the entire building on the fourth floor of the Sonnenland business center, in Maspalomas. There are thirteen modules in a row, each one with 25 m2 of interior constructed area and about 30 m2 exterior, with a very wide environment of open spaces and splendid views of the Campo Internacional.
The Center has free parking outside and paid parking in the basement.
Construction is underway on a panoramic elevator that will connect all floors, including the basement. It is expected to have it in operation in the middle of the year 2021.
The thirteen modules constitute five premises organized as follows (see attached floor plan):
Room A: modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 Two toilets
Room B: modules 5, 6, 7 and 8 Two toilets and two kitchenettes
Local C: module 9
Room D: modules 10 and 11 with toilet
Local E: modules 12 and 13 with toilet
Currently all premises are rented out, for 1 year contract. You have the option of renewing the contracts or waiting for expiry date for your own use.
The configuration of the premises can be freely modified.
The total interior area is 325 m2 and the exterior 446 m2
The price does not include taxes and expenses of the sale: Property Transfer Tax (6.5%), Notary fees, Property Registry and agency.
