Does not allow animals.~~It is distributed in a terrace with views, an equipped living room-kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.~~Close to service areas such as school, bars, and a short drive from Maspalomas.~~** To reserve the property will require the initial payment of 1 month deposit (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the house to the owner, as long as the state of the same is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met).~**Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, provides in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts “real estate management expenses and of formalization of the contract will be in charge of the lessor”.~This regulation DOES NOT apply in the case of leases for use other than housing such as premises, etc. and, in particular, does not apply to seasonal leases.
