Once the sale price is set, the seller and the real estate agency enter into an agreement to entrust the real estate agency with the sale of the property: the relation between the seller and the real estate agency is established by entering into by a written agreement.

The multiple exclusivity assignment lets us enter your property into our common database and the sale of your property can be offered by any of our associate real estate agencies.
